Selijarovo — Wikipedia


Selizharovo (Russian: Селижа́рово) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Selizharovsky District of Tver Oblast, Russia situated at the confluence of the Selizharovka and the Volga Rivers. Population: 6,725 (2010 Census);[1] 7,330 (2002 Census);[2] 7,668 (1989 Census).[3]

It was first mentioned in chronicles in 1504.
